Thank you to all those parents who took the time to complete a questionnaire following or Parent / Teacher consultations in October. We had 27 responses from parents of Nursery children and 287 responses from parents of Year 1 to 7 children. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive as outlined below.
Nursery
- 4% agreed and 96% strongly agreed that they received good information regarding language skills.
- 100% of parents strongly agreed that they received good information regarding social, emotional & behavioural aspects, physical skills and mathematical concepts.
- 100% of parents strongly agreed that they felt better informed and understood better how to support their child at home.
Primary School
- 88% strongly agreed and 12% agreed that they received good information regarding their child’s progress in Literacy.
- 86% strongly agreed and 14% agreed that they received good information regarding their child’s progress in Numeracy.
- 84% strongly agreed and 16% agreed that they received good information regarding their child’s progress in other areas of the curriculum. (1 person disagreed which equated to 0.03%).
- 85% strongly agreed and 15% agreed that they received good information regarding the social, emotional and behavioural aspects of their child. (1 person disagreed which equated to 0.03%).
- 83% strongly agreed and 17% agreed that they understood better how to help their child at home. (1 person disagreed which equated to 0.03%).
- 85% strongly agreed and 15% agreed that they felt better informed about their child.
