Healthy break plate

Thank you to all those pupils and parents who responded to our questionnaire about healthy breaks.  As a result of the questionnaires our healthy breaks will include:

Fruit – Vegetables – Yoghurts – Cheese – Pancake with butter – Sandwich – Water – Milk

We appreciate that everyone will have a different point of view as to what is healthy and what is not.  However, we hope that everyone will be able to use the list above as a guide.  We very much encourage healthy breaks as part of a balanced diet.  Thank you for your support in this matter!
